Uninstall cursor exe not found

Ive recently been having quite a few issues with my cursor. The usual randomly uninstalling and having to be re-installed. Recently re-installed and was met with the following error:
cursor the window terminated unexpectedly reason crashed code 2147483645

I ended up deleting the cache files, restarted and still got the error. So I went to add or remove programs and noticed there are two cursor installations?

When I try and delete the older version i get the following error:

Using Windows 11 btw. Any help is appreciated

edit- was finally able to open cursor again but still unable to remove the older version

Hey, I think it’s because you have two versions of Cursor installed. You’ll need to uninstall both and then install the new version. If you can’t do this through Programs and Features, try going to this folder and find the uninstaller there:

AppData\Local\Programs\cursor

Thanks but im getitng the error that the uninstaller doesnt even exist when i try and remove the second (older) version and when i check in the actual folder the file isnt there.
