Update Cursor's 0.49 fork of VS Code to v1.99

I’m really hoping the next major version of Cursor updates its fork of VS Code from v1.96.2 to v1.99.x

There is an extension issue with Microsoft (Theo has a YT vid), maybe that’s why.

Any news in this area now that its been a couple of months?
Now with 1.0.0 out today it’s still stuck on 1.96.2
