Updating rules removing frontmatter in 1.2.0

Describe the Bug

When ask cursor to update the rule, in 1.2.0 it always remove the frontmatter.

In 1.1, the frontmatter is hidden so the agent’s suggested change does not override it, but at the same time it couldn’t update the rule’s frontmatter without resort to use bash commands.

But now it’s the other way around.

Steps to Reproduce

Open a rule with some values in frontmatter.
Ask agent to update the rule like format it or making some changes.

Expected Behavior

The frontmatter should remain.

Operating System
