Upgrade to business failing but multiple card charges showing up

Hi I am trying to upgrade to the business plan.

On the stripe check out page, I get an error message about the the postcode not being registered for the card. For reference I am using Revolut business.

Several charges are showing up on the company banking app as pending. I’ve checked my account’s setting page and the upgrade does not appear to have gone through.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
