Issue with Completing Payment

Hi everyone, I don’t know why, but when I tried to upgrade to the pro plan and put all my information and my card, it said “Card declined”. It’s a MasterCard and I have tried a debit and a credit card, but I have the same issue. I live in Italy, so I don’t know if that’s related to the problem.
