Billing problem - all card declined

Me and some collegues are trying to subscribe to pro plan after the free trial.
All our company credit cards are getting rejected.
The cards are working fine for many other services but we are completely stuck on Cursor

What can we do?

i have the same exact problem, i have a card that i use literally for everything, for subscriptions etc… but it gets rejected

How long ago did you email? Due to volume, there can be a 1-2 working day wait time on responses right now.

I have the same problem. I already wrote to the team, but they couldn’t resolve it either. I had to use another service

I had the same problem and couldn’t fix directly with Cursor, so added a middleware solution with Wise.
Used the newly created Wise card to pay Cursor and it worked.

FYI I had this problem for a couple days and I was waiting for support to get back to me via email.

But i ultimately tried with the same card via google pay and it worked!

You’re ignoring my emails for 2+ weeks. I had a nice conversation with ai bot via email, then “we’ll answer you asap” and then nothing. I wrote to you twice after that without any answer.
My email is the same that i using in this forum.

Still having this issue. It really â– â– â– â– â–  specially if the issue is around there for quite some time now and still no fix.

Hi Cursor Support Team,

I’m trying to subscribe to Cursor Pro (US$20/month) but my payment keeps getting declined, even after trying multiple credit cards.

having the same problem right now.
The card is working fine. But keep getting declined.

Having the exact same issue, tried to replace/update existing card with one I’m using every day and got declined, last error was “Votre carte ne prend pas en charge ce type d’achat.

Been having the same issue since a week ago with my card although for the last 3 months I’ve succeeded doing payment with existing card.
