Cursor won't take my money

Trying to buy a monthly pro, but it will decline my card for no reason (it’s the only website that does). I’m from Italy if it’s relevant.

I think you are lucky.

Right now I’m questioning if its worth it.

They took my money, but the IDE is so dependent on their servers that sometimes it craps out and brings you to a screeching halt.

I’m having the same issue, it says my credit card is declined, but I use it for every other SaaS such as Github, OpenAI, Netlify and more.

I’m also from Italy, which is an interesting coincidence.

But here, there’s no way to pay.

I get the request on my mobile app for confirming the payment, I do, then it’s declined.

Update: I used 3 different cards (2 mastercard, one visa), but nothing. It’s insane there’s no support for paying, like, what’s more critical than taking customers money? Yet no help neither here nor email.

Finally managed to pay for cursor. But I had to use a credit card from another country (Poland), as none of the italian ones were accepted.

I still hope you folks can sort it out.

i’m also from Italy. It seems like it’s impossible to pay using an italian credit card :zipper_mouth_face:
