Can't activate PRO version

Hello, I’m enthusiastically using Cursor. I went to sign up for the PRO version, but it won’t accept payment, I tried with a credit card and two debit cards (all cards working regularly). I tried to contact via email but got no response.

Problem solved!
it was an issue with my bank that had blocked the transaction. After unlocking the card, I resubscribed to PRO, and now it went through successfully
