Subscription not activated

I just paid for the monthly subscription but my pro subscription didn’t get activated despite the successful payment. I also didn’t receive any confirmation email from cursorAI. I logged out and then logged in again but still my account is on free trial period.

I had created account using the google account, and I signed in using the same google account, and bought the subscription.

I checked the spam folder as well. No email confirmation.

The same issue here, bought the monthly pro version, paid twice (both charges are still on hold on my account), still no subscription on my account

Hey, you should all have emails from us, and your Pro accounts should be activated now!

Hello, I am also experiencing this exact problem.

My pro subscription has not been activated despite a successful payment and I have not received a confirmation email for payment nor have my emails to the support email been responded to.

I hope that I can get assistance on this because it is frustrating to not know how to get help from Cursor.

@danperks @rishabhy @amanrs Same issue here! I upgraded from monthly to annual subscription, but my account still reverted to free tier. Even got a weird refund to my old payment card. Sent an email to support but still no response.

@danperks same issue here, my account reverted to free version a few days after receiving the successful purchase confirmation. I sent mails to hi@cursor.com 2 days ago, but my issue still didn’t get fixed, could you help to check? there are multiple accounts have similar issue。

same issue. I wrote to email, Sam answered me, checked my receipt, I also received an email after payment thanking me for purchasing a subscription, but it has been missing for 3 days and no assistant whom sam wrote to me has replied.

On January 8th, I subscribed to a one-month membership of Cursor, which was set to expire on February 8th. Upon its expiration, I renewed my subscription to a one-year Cursor Pro membership. However, on February 11th, I received a refund for my initial subscription without having initiated any refund request myself. Concurrently, my annual membership was canceled. I have already sent an email to hi@cursor.com, but I have not received any feedback or response yet.

This is my new account, and I’ve temporarily purchased another month of Pro. Please try your best to help me, I am in great need of Cursor.

I am as well, and I sent an email to inquire, and the cursor said they would resolve it as soon as possible, but my account is still a free account after 2 days.

Me too. I had paid for the yearly subscription but my account is on free trial period as well,11st Feb.
The first three times I tried to pay, the bank card I used kept failing. Then I switched to another card, and the payment went through. Was this the reason it succeeded?
