I used the cursor for the free period, and it expired, I made the payment, but even after some time it didn’t update my account and it still says I’m free, how can I solve it?
Same thing happened to me this morning. Bought PRO, can see the payment on my card, but no record of the subscription inside of Cursor. Logging in and out / restarting is no help

Hey, try logging out of Cursor and logging back in. Also, make sure you’re logged into the correct account.

They replied within 15 min. Fixed sometime in the past hour, though I didn’t hear details about what the issue was. Hope yours is resolved soon.
I have the same problem, it has not been fixed for 2-3 hours, I sent an e-mail and there was no reply, Pro appears on the website and it says upgrade to Pro in the application.

Hi, I paid for Pro four hours ago, I have logged out and back in multiple times, and written to hi@cursor.com and still don’t have Pro access. It shows me as being over my Free quota.
Any help would be much appreciated
