Pro not syncing?

I have the same issue now. I sent an email to [email protected] with some screenshots. My credit card got billed, but there was no email, confirmation, or anything in the settings. I really love cursor; it’s too much fun to work with it, and I don’t want to stop or have to make a break. Is there any way to resolve this issue fast?

Same problem here. It sounds like that the sync needs human intervention, not ai :slight_smile:

Same issue — I bought the subscription, and it shows up in my payment history, but the dashboard still says I’m a free user.
