Cursor web unable to view Account Pro status. Loads of api/stripe errors
same here. it shows that I’m a non pro member and unable to access the features right now. My current sub ends on 22nd april

Same. Lost my patience, cancelled my sub, and deleted my account. They’ll likely never see my money again.
Thats a bit over the top guys we all know bugs happen .. I am happy to wait
When it started messing with my billing/pricing settings, it was a hard no from me.
Don’t worry trust me they are legit.. they’ll handle it … god knows the stress they are feeling right now… been there
Hey guys, unfortunately Cursor faces some downtime yesterday that caused issues across all of Cursor’s features.

My credit card has been charged twice and have yet to be able to use pro subscription. I have emailed [email protected] a since february. Have only received email from Sam stating someone else was going to look into the issue, but it is yet to be resolved. Would appreciate getting this resolved either by being able to use the service being paid for or a refund. I can’t even cancel the subscription.

The lack of an adequate response is very troubling. I’ve been paying for a subscription for two months without being able to use the service.
