same issue. I wrote to email, Sam answered me, checked my receipt, I also received an email after payment thanking me for purchasing a subscription, but it has been missing for 3 days and no assistant whom sam wrote to me has replied.

I also completed the monthly payment, but I can’t see the subscription plan on https://www.cursor.com/settings or in the Cursor editor. I haven’t received an email either. Please resolve this quickly.

I believe this is a critical issue that requires immediate attention. Despite having reported the problem and emailed [email protected] six days ago, the only response I received was from Sam, who confirmed my payment and mentioned that a team member would assist in resolving the sync issue. However, I have yet to be contacted by anyone regarding this matter.

@danperks Hello Sorry to bother you, but I was hoping you could help me. I purchased a yearly subscription for Cursor AI, but I haven’t received any confirmation email, and my subscription isn’t showing up in my account.
The payment went through successfully, and the money was deducted from my bank account. I’m not sure if this is just a delay or if something went wrong. Would you be able to check or point me in the right direction?

I have the same issue now. I sent an email to [email protected] with some screenshots. My credit card got billed, but there was no email, confirmation, or anything in the settings. I really love cursor; it’s too much fun to work with it, and I don’t want to stop or have to make a break. Is there any way to resolve this issue fast? I can’t wait to continue working!

Hello Dan, I have the same issue. Bought monthly pro subscription, received no confirmation mail and no subscription on my account.
It got resolved for me thanks! I can now see the premium subscription in the settings on the cursor website.
