Based on similar cases with other users, please try the following:

Use a VPN to another country (Germany or the US). This helped in a few similar cases (example).

Try a mobile hotspot to rule out an ISP issue.

If the VPN helps, let me know. This is important info for the infra team.
Also, please send:
- The full output of
traceroute api2.cursor.sh(last time it didn’t finish) - The results of your test with the VPN and or hotspot
