Urgent: Completely unable to use Cursor - ALL models broken, support unresponsive for 2 days

Hey, sorry for the delay.

A ticket has been created and is in progress. The team is waiting for more info to diagnose the issue.

Based on similar cases with other users, please try the following:

  1. Use a VPN to another country (Germany or the US). This helped in a few similar cases (example).

  2. Try a mobile hotspot to rule out an ISP issue.

  3. If the VPN helps, let me know. This is important info for the infra team.

Also, please send:

  • The full output of traceroute api2.cursor.sh (last time it didn’t finish)
  • The results of your test with the VPN and or hotspot

Once I have this info, I’ll pass it to the team right away.
