Using ctrl + k to access in line AI prompting can cause the window view to slip under the next window

If you have the window size set fairly narrow and then use the ctrl + k AI prompt it will cause the editor to slide under the window to the left so that the text cut off. I have not found a way to fix this without closing the client and reopening it.

I am able to replicate this bug.

In the screenshot you can see there is no scroll bar to access the cut off text, if you make the window narrower it will show the scroll bar pinned against the left.

Hey, it seems this doesn’t occur in the latest version of Cursor.

Can confirm, I can no longer reproduce this bug.
