Over the last week my chats have been returning super slow (2 minutest) at times, and other times it’s fast. It’s almost like I’m being throttled even though Im not out of fast requests. And other times the chat will quickly start to return nonsense. Also when using o3 in composer agent mode, it doesn’t suggest to write the changes anymore, just tells me what to do. My usual work flow works great, that hasn’t changed, but this behaviour is new. When I switch to cline and try the same request it works just fine.
