Upgraded from the $20/mo plan to Pro+ ($60/mo) today. Immediately after upgrading, the “Other Models” pool in Settings → Spending showed 100% used, even though I barely used Grok today. Cursor Models sits at 14% and Grok Bot weekly usage at 11%, so the 100% on Other Models doesn’t match actual usage.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Upgrade mid-cycle from Pro $20 to Pro+ $60
  2. Open Settings → Spending right after
  3. “Other Models” bar is completely full at 100% used

Expected Behavior

The Other Models pool to reflect real usage (near zero for today), not jump to 100% the moment the plan changed. Looks like the upgrade reset or miscalculated that pool.

I’ve been trying to get her to close the ticket out or pass to someone else because she clearly isn’t listening or reading the chart. I hardly have any usage whatsoever in the “Other Models” pool, I’ve not used any, Grok Bots used a tiny bit of Claude, not nearly enough to exhaust a $60 subscription even a tiny bit, and yet after I upgraded to the $60 plan two days ago it instantly said it was 100% full.

This isn’t something sales can help with, this is a GLITCH on my account and I need more than a single sales rep that doesn’t understand the issue to help me.
