What is the result of "Apply to entire file"

When I click “Apply to entire file”, I found all the AI Chat Code blocks changed to “Generating” state. I don’t know whether just the current block will update to my code file, or all the code blocks.

It will change only the lines of code that need modification and skip the others.

When AI give a reply about suggestions. It may include several code changing blocks. If I click one of them with “Apply to entire file”. Do all the blocks will update to my code file, or just the clicked one?
