What is this thing you speak of, which is IN THE CONTEXTUAL FILE LIST?

How, exactly, is Cursor handling context these days?

I just ran into a case where the agent asked me how I’d like to prioritize TS issues and I said “just follow the four part prioritization system and work through them”

It basically asked what four part system I was talking about.

Obviously this called a whole lot of my assumptions about using the context file list as AI guardrails into question. If even that doesn’t work the it means I need to get incredibly vigilant about manual recontexting in Cursor, and I’m not thrilled about that.

Is this a bug?

Hey, can you try to reask this in a new Composer session? It may be the context has broken slightly, so the AI couldn’t actually see the file you tagged!
