I cant find any token pricing.
But really the best method is to run the same prompt through both, because it really comes down to your use and the quality of the response you get.
Yeah for my code base auto seems to work about the same as composer 1.5 on most bulk tasks. composer is faster though.

The other question i had was does Pro+ also include 3x composer/auto or only api tokens.
That I am not sure of, but would be interesting to know.
