What’s the point of a cursor? How can it help a student?

Cursor is an IDE with a nice builtin agent harness.

To add to what @mep said, Cursor is the best way to code with AI. We’re always launching new features, such as cloud agents: Cloud Agents | Cursor Docs and new experiences to help you build with AI faster and better.

So, as a student, there are lots of things that Cursor can help you with. I’m not sure what subject you’re studying, but let’s say you’re studying biology. You can ask Cursor to help you build an application that could help you study for an upcoming biology test. Or you can build an entire robust, production-grade scaled app for an entrepreneurship project.
