When Apply changes in Worktree you canot apply again

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

When you choose to work in worktree, apply changes, then something is changed, the agent keep working in worktree but as user don’t see the apply button anymore.

Steps to Reproduce

new agent in worktree
apply changes
ask for new changes to same agent
you can not apply anymore

Expected Behavior

apply many times.

Hey, this is a known issue with worktree mode. After the first Apply, the button disappears and the agent switches to local mode.
