Just now the Anthropic API (claude-3-5-sonnet-20241022) failed to provide full response in Composer (agent mode) and there were 2 buttons: smth like “Continue” and also “Try again”.
Pressing Continue failed with the same error, so I pressed “Try again” and Cursor did not send the request text to the model:

I think they are getting xmas-hugged (every professional SWE and likely 90%++ of Cursor’s userbase is in a profession where they are all off for multiple days around this holiday and many of them are online right now…
I even created a new anthropic key and attempted to use that, but then it fails saying Im over my personal API call limit (its not, I litterally just put additional funds into my anthropic accoutn to do this, created a new key specifically for cursor, updated and validated key in cursor settings and attempted to use cursor and it complained.
“error connecting anthropic” like every other message
