When will the sub-agents feature be available in the stable release instead of the beta version?
I find this feature extremely useful, but I prefer to use it in the stable release rather than the beta.
If I install the beta version, will I be able to roll back to the stable version safely without risking the loss of my chats or conversations?

About the timeline for subagents coming to stable: we don’t have a public schedule. The feature is being actively developed in the nightly channel, but we can’t say when it’ll land in stable.
About switching back from nightly to stable: chats may break when switching back. This is a known issue when rolling back versions. So if you plan to try nightly, be ready that rolling back can lead to losing or corrupting your chat history.
Options:
If keeping chats safe is critical, it’s best to either wait for the stable release, or stay on nightly after switching, or export any important conversations.
