My codebase is built with Cursor. I want to keep using Cursor to edit it. (Because I am a citizen dev and I want to keep being able to do some modifications myself, through Cursor)
Where can I hire freelance web developers specialized in using Cursor? Does this strategy make sense?
I think more of us need to be brave about our usage; I shout about it on linkedin a ton and the response from colleagues is either ‘YES, 100% IN!’ or there’s some turning up of the nose.

I don’t know why you’d specifically seek out devs using cursor. Cursor doesn’t write special code that is only readable or modifiable by cursor. If it works well it should be writing good code maintainable by a good developer. If it works badly and writes bad code it’s going to be a mess either way.
My suggestion would be to just hire a developer. If you want to use cursor to edit it later with your own amendments, it’ll be fine.
Feature velocity and project architecture are two massive points. The Cursor power-user is great value for money - right now at least.
