Why cursor can and keep scan my home folder, outside the project

after a reboot and reopen cursor, my hard disk is busy, and i find cursor is keep reading. and the open files are outside the project, in my home folder.

after reading my home folder, memory use is 2GB

this process is reading my home folder, outside the project.
while its reading, i can kill the single process, and the terminal output is above, then it spawn again. after kill 5~6 times, no more spawn

how to make it only read within project.
