Why do writes keep failing, Mac system , no such problem before. after 0.46, writes keep failing.
The same goes for new topic windows. The problem persists.

I tried claude-3.5-sonnet and it writes to the create file fine. Switching to claude-3.7-sonnet keeps failing to write.
