I noticed this when trying to SSH tunnel to my EC2 instance to access my VNC server which is supposed to mirror my browser.
What does server use this port for?
Cursor actually doesn’t use port 5901 - that port is typically used by VNC servers. If you’re seeing Cursor listed as using that port, it’s probably because a VNC process was launched from within Cursor’s terminal. You’ll want to check what VNC processes are running and make sure there’s no port conflicts with your EC2 setup
