Worktre agents disappearing from list

Describe the Bug

After I create a worktree agent it is disappearing from my “Agents” list and I am unable to access the agent again.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a background agent
2. Create more background agents, or do other work in the IDE (not sure if this step is required). Agents will generally disappear in until 5-10 minutes so this does not need to be a long period.
3. Go to the agents view to check the progress of the created agents.
4. Notice some agents will be missing. Generally the older ones are missing from the list.

Expected Behavior

To be able to see the agents until I apply the changes.

hi @Trent_Walls could you please clarify which of following is the case:

• Worktree chats disappearing (Local only, not on Web, not Background Agents)
• Background Agents chats disappearing (Web or in IDE as Cloud Agents)
