Worktree apply does not work (and other bugs)

Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue with worktree / multiple models mode, and we’re seeing a few related bugs in this area.

Two main things you mentioned:

  1. The Apply button doesn’t work. This is a known issue and the team is working on a fix.
  2. Unsaved files show up in worktrees. This is also on our radar.
