Our subscription was clearly based on the agreement that even after using 500 fast mode requests, we would still have unlimited access via slow mode.
But as shown in the image, access is completely blocked — and that’s nothing short of deceptive behavior.
I don’t know exactly what the problem is — maybe it’s an issue with the Sonnet 3.7 servers.
But our contract is with Cursor, not the model provider. It’s your responsibility to resolve this.
