Reject All → Then try reapplying one the files. It just stalls infinitely. Didn’t have this issue on older version.

have you stop the process first before apply all?
Yes, I tried hitting “Stop” and “Cancel apply” and hit the reapply button again. I tried this multiple times. The bug is reproducible and repeatable on my end.
I also tried quitting out of cursor and just restarting.
