0.49.6 not applying changes

After updating Cursor to version 0.49.6, file changes are no longer being applied.

Before the update, everything was working correctly while I was actively working on a project. As soon as the update notification appeared and I updated to the latest version, Cursor stopped applying any changes to the files.

Hi, found the same issue, 0.49.5 > 0.49.6. Plus, unable to select and copy part of a generated code; there is only a copy buttom in the top right corner. Tested in “manual” mode.

I have the same issue. you need to tell it to apply!
And it seems to be doing much less per request! :enraged_face: :money_mouth_face:

Hey, I can’t reproduce this. Have you tried creating a new chat or opening another project to see if the issue persists? Also, let me know which model you’re using. It would also be helpful to get the request ID.

Tried to start a new chat, now is working… :shaking_face:

Still experiencing this in two forms.

  1. It think it applied the changes but nothing happened.
  2. It realised it can’t apply changes (example below).

This chat is not what I would consider ‘old’, or too many tokens.

Same issue for me. I see the changes in the code, but they are not applied in the “Source control” section.
Also, if I stage the changes, I get 2 changes: one in the “staged” area, and one with an opposite change in the “unstaged” area.
Pretty weird.
Hope they find a fix soon.
