Hi everyone,
I want to briefly share what you can achieve when you use Cursor the right way. This actually applies to AI tools in general, but since I’ve been using Cursor from the beginning, I’ll speak specifically about it.
I’m not a software developer. I was interested in coding years ago, but life pulled me in different directions and I couldn’t continue. Still, I always wanted to create things, and somehow I kept finding myself close to software. But I didn’t have the money to build a team or a startup, nor the technical knowledge to do something big on my own.
After discovering Cursor, I started building small projects. As AI tools improved, my confidence and productivity grew. When 3.7 Sonnet was released, I felt like I could finally start working on the complex project I had dreamed of for a long time.
Today is the 79th day of that project. It has been an incredible journey for me. Thanks to Cursor, I’m able to bring a personal dream to life—something I normally would never have been able to build alone. I won’t mention the project here (if you’re curious, you can find it on my GitHub), because I’m not here to promote anything. I simply want to highlight what Cursor can help you achieve when used correctly.
Sometimes I get frustrated with Cursor, but even then, it’s still the best tool out there.
Thank you to the Cursor team.
