It would be useful to have an option to turn on a voice commentator that doesn’t go into every detail but summarizes what is happening to an agent. If an agent gets stuck on doing something, or has an input request, it would indicate it. By talking to the commentator, one could open a ‘folder’ into any part of chat detail, that it would again only summarily talk about (rather brief than longer, you get longer by querying more), and then you could just ‘resume’. At the same time the chat would scroll to the designated location and it would be a lot easier to delve into the details in the chat rather than scrolling with the mouse.
