Has anyone considered adding in the ability to pop out the agent panel? A common setup of mine is to have a secondary monitor arranged vertically alongside my main monitor. It would be quite nice to be able to move the agent panel to the secondary monitor to view a lengthy conversation and free up screen real estate on the primary monitor.
