Can you please add “Payment and Billing Issues” in the category? I have been sending emails to your people proofs that I have overcharged by $468. I sent the computation and the documents supporting it. It was on Dec. 18, 2024. I have been patiently waiting for reply for more than a month, but no one answered.
Now can I escalate the billing and payment issues? I really think the site should have “Billing and Payment” catogory for discussions such as this.
