Been billed twice, [email protected] not responding

I’ve sent two emails to [email protected] (Sep 14/Oct 20) because I’ve been billed for 2 subscriptions. They aren’t responding. Hoping someone here can help me get to the right people and get me a refund.

Im sorry, but I have the same issue. Why the ■■■■ is it taking us weeks to hear back from support for outrageous overcharging. Ive been overbilled 3 times in a row.

I love this product but I can’t condone what is basically fraud and a breach of contract.

It won’t let me post any complaints about the price; it tells me to send an email! They’re shooting themselves in the foot.
