Need help with over billing - I've been triple billed!

I just noticed on my credit card statement that I have been billed 3x (at the yearly rate?) for the same account. So, now I have three ‘licenses’? that all expire next winter. I’ve been a huge fan of this software and have recommended it to everyone I know, but this over-billing issue has me very concerned - I’m afraid to continue using the product in case I will get billed unexpectedly yet again.

Resolved. The two extra billing items were increases to fast requests billed yearly.
