Inquiry Regarding Double Billing

Hi, I hope this message finds you well. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email without receiving a response, I am writing to address an issue here.

On February 26, 2024, I subscribed to the CursorPro plan with an annual contract and made a payment using my card ($192.00). Later, wanting to make more extensive use of your services within our company, I upgraded to the Business plan on March 10, 2024. This upgrade also involved an annual contract, amounting to $384.00.

It has come to my attention that I have been charged the annual license fee for both the CursorPro and Business plans, despite the upgrade occurring approximately two weeks apart and maintaining only one account throughout.

I kindly request a refund for the CursorPro plan’s annual fee or a prorated refund accounting for the difference between the two plans.
