Accept/Reject button somehow got on top again

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

Somehow the buttons to see the number of changed files and to accept/reject the changes got moved to the top, above the editor. They were on the bottom before, I didn’t do the layout change. How can I move them back to bottom?

Steps to Reproduce

Produce any changes from within the agent

Expected Behavior

Buttons should be on the bottom

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor

Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known UI change, the buttons were moved to the breadcrumbs area at the top.

That said, based on lots of user requests, we’re adding a setting: Settings > Layout > Review Control Location, where you can choose between Breadcrumb (bottom, next to the code) and Island (top right). It’s already available in Nightly, and it’ll land in Stable in one of the next releases.

Let me know if the issue still happens after you update.

Thank you for the update, hope that gets in soon.

Just as a general feedback from a paying customer: it would be great if there were less sudden UI changes without ability to revert them - it’s really disrupting to the flow, which takes time to install and get used to.

Thank you.
