I found the problem of not being able to log in, it should be affected by a certain value in the cookie, after clearing the cookie you can log in.
Hey, our login provider had some restrictions in place which were too heavily enforced, but this should be fixed now.
Please try clearing your cache and logging in again!

Don’t know if this helps anyone, but I had the same issue, until I realized I was running Fiddler. Seems like any type of MITM / dodgy cert will give this error (and not tell you that the cert is bogus, just this generic error)
Even I’m facing the same issue from past 10days. Even though I raised concern in mail and following up daily, there is no response. I am using team license, but unable to login.
