My account cannot be used, why? Who can I turn to for help with this problem?

I have this exact issue right now and I am unable to use Cursor

Hey, we had some downtime that affected all our services, but that has been resolved now!
I also have this type of problem; after 1.5 months, they deleted my annual plan and left my account empty.

This doesn’t sound right to me, so I’d like to get the team to investigate what went on here.
