Today, suddenly my account couldn’t be used. I have a pro account, but the settings in cursor showed that I need to upgrade my pro account. Please help me check what’s wrong. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling cursor, as well as logging out and then logging back in, but the result is still the same - it cannot be used.

I have similar problem - we bought 2 yearly business plans for our company and then Cursor downgraded us to free tier… So we paid 700 euros just to use free Cursor.
My account has returned to normal. I don’t know what modifications cursor made. I sincerely hope that cursor can become smarter and more user-friendly!
I have a similar issue. Bought by mistake 3 annual subscriptions in September and October, managed to cancel one, but all of a sudden in February I am no longer able to use my Pro subscription. Wrote to [email protected] - no response.

After checking your answer, I have verified and found that my account can normally use cursor. Thanks for cursor’s timely modification. I also hope cursor can get better and better and pay attention to our feedback. I will continue to subscribe cursor pro and follow the community
