I recently subscribed to the Cursor Business plan, but my account has since reverted to the Free subscription. I received an email confirming the Business plan (as shown in the attached screenshot), and I can also see the charge on my card statement. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a formal Cursor receipt, and my account page currently reflects only the Free plan status (see the attached screenshots for details).
Could you please investigate this issue and help restore my Business subscription benefits? Thank you!
I previously emailed them on October 23rd, but I never heard back.
After seeing your response, I just resent an email a few minutes ago, and I hope they will get back soon.
I haven’t received any response yet, despite having paid for an entire year of the Business plan. It’s frustrating to experience this lack of support. Could someone please assist with my issue?
I recently received an email reply from the Cursor team; about 4 hours ago from this post. It’s regarding this issue with my account status. Their response suggested that I might be inadvertently logging in via Gmail and recommended re-logging using the correct platform (email or GitHub).
So I attempted to log into Cursor using all available methods:
• Email
• Email SSO
• GitHub
• Gmail
Despite these efforts, my account still appears as a free version.
Has anyone else tried other authentication methods and saw different subscription settings on their account?
I have the same issue. Will likely lead to a chargeback. It’s extremely surprising to see so little attention given toward their revenue generating onboarding / subscription flow. This will lead to insane churn. My CTO is already looking at how to do Cursor-like activities just in Vscode with plugins. My team is 27 people, imagine how many other teams aren’t onboarding properly? Insane neglect imo.
