After subscribing on november 11th to business plan and recieving the welcome email from @truell20 , 2 weeks after that, on monday 25th of november, my account was reverted to free plan and lost access to my business team, all my development team can’t access all the features we paid for.
I’ve wrote to [email protected], sent the charges on my card as evidence and I feel I’m beeing ignored.
I need a solution to this issue!!
