My Team Business Bill was twice the expected price and Support does NOT answer

Everything is in the title :slight_smile:

I happily paid for business plan for my entire team 10+ people
I DO NOT have usage-based pricing
ONLY fixed pricing

I expected 400$ bill

I received 800$ bill

I sent 3 emails over 3 weeks to your support hi@cursor.com and I received no answer

I am just pissed at the lack of support and complete disregard for customers on this matter.
