"Add custom mode." is not found

Describe the Bug

When I tried to add a new Custom Mode from the Agent switching UI, “Add custom mode” had disappeared.

The attached image shows the state when it was working normally.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the Chat tab and select Agent/Ask/Manual in the bottom left.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, could you let me know how many custom modes you have? The add button disappears when you’ve reached the limit for creating modes. However, a screenshot would be helpful to see what the issue might be.

I’m currently setting up 5 Custom Modes. I didn’t know there was a limit.
