There are no toggle options for those tools in custom mode

Describe the Bug

I upgraded to version 1.3, hoping to use custom mode to achieve the previously removed manual mode, but I found that my custom mode settings interface is different from others, and there is no switch for tool calls. Is this normal? How should I achieve complete customization of the mode?
Additionally, the default agent is default, and when I click modify, there are no on/off options for the various tools.

Steps to Reproduce

Click the mode selection button, create or select a mode, then click “Modify”

Expected Behavior

All customizable pattern features should be listed for user selection and control.

Hey, that’s quite strange. I checked this on both macOS and Windows, and these options are available. Could you let me know how many modes you have added? This mode looks more like the old Manual mode. What if you try deleting it and creating a new one?
