Hey, thanks for the report. We’re already seeing a similar issue with custom models where they show up in chat but are missing in Settings and can’t be deleted. Related thread and ticket: Custom Models not visible and cannot delete.
We need data to precisely reproduce your case:
- Console errors when opening Settings > Models and when adding a model: Command Palette > Developer: Toggle Developer Tools, Console tab
